La Commissione europea ha pubblicato i primi 50 bandi del secondo Programma di lavoro H2020, che riunisce i Work programme delle diverse tematiche di Horizon, con un budget complessivo di 16 miliardi di euro.
Sono circa 50 le call programmate suddivise tra i tre pilastri fondamentali (Excellent Sciences, Industrial leadership, Societal Challenges) e i Programmi trasversali.
Particolarmente interessante è lo strumento rivolto alle PMI, le quali possono partecipare anche in forma singola. Per questo particolare strumento i topic sono:
